Cautions: Use extreme caution with this oil - due to the presence of pinocamphon in this oil, please consult a physician prior to use. Should not be used during pregnancy or on individuals with epilepsy. Recommend to avoid use during pregnancy. Dilute before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with eyes should be avoided. This product should not be used by anyone who has broken, irritated or sensitive skin. 

For occasional use only up to one time per day. Use in aromatherapy or dilute:

1% = 1 drop per teaspoon of carrier oil (5 ml) or 5-6 drops per ounce.
