Cautions: Dilute before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or under the care of a medical practitioner unless advised by your doctor. 

For occasional use only up to one time per day. Use in aromatherapy or dilute:

1% = 1 drop per teaspoon of carrier oil (5 ml) or 5-6 drops per ounce.
